Amherst Elementary School Will Salute Our Veterans
Students and staff at Amherst Elementary School will present a program for Veterans Day, Friday, November 10, 2023 to honor and salute area veterans. The program is open to the public and will take place at 1:30 p.m. in the high school gym. Students will sing songs they have learned in music class and audience members will also be asked to sing along to some patriotic songs. Students are encouraged to wear red, white and blue clothing on that day.
