FREE AND REDUCED PRICE SCHOOL MEALS INFORMATION
Here you will find some information on the National School Breakfast and Lunch Program, in addition to Frequently Asked Questions and How to Apply for Free and Reduced Price School Meals, view the Application Form which is provided for your completion. Incomplete forms are considered invalid and will be returned to the address/household. The Department of Agriculture requires increased verification and we may be asking you to verify the income listed on the application. If your children are eligible for free or reduced price meals, the enclosed application form must be completed in full and returned by August 30th in order to receive meal benefits beginning the first school day. Please direct the form to the District Office. If you do not meet this deadline, you can submit your application at any time during the school year; however, meal charges accrued are your full responsibility.
A la Carte items, if applicable to the student's grade level, are NOT available at a free or reduced price regardless of income. A la Carte selections and extra milk are charged at full price.
The meal and milk prices are listed below. If you have any questions regarding payment procedures, please contact the Food Service Department at (715)824-5521 x 1239. ALL payments are handled by Food Service, regardless of student grade level.
