Extended Care Program Fall 2024
(An extension of the After School Program)

The purpose of Extended Care is to offer extended supervision of students while the After School Program is not in session. The After School Program starts Monday, September 23, 2024.

Fall Extended Care Program will run:

• September 3 - 5th

• September 9 - 12th

• September 16 - 19th

Cost: $5 per student, per day of attendance. Payment must be made in advance, no exceptions. Scholarships are not available for Extended Care.

Hours: Monday through Thursday (NO FRIDAYS) from 3:15 to 5:20. Students can be picked up at any time during the program, but they MUST be picked up by 5:20 p.m. Late fees will apply at a rate of $1 per minute / per child starting at 5:21 p.m. Fees will be sent by email or paper statement and need to be paid within 48 hours of receipt. If late fees are not paid or your child accrues 3 late fees within the program year, they will be dismissed from the Extended Care Program.

** Extended Care can be discontinued at any time due to lack of participation/enrollment.

** While Extended Care is an extension of the After School Program, each program requires separate enrollment and payment.

The deadline for signing up for Extended Care is Friday, September 6th. Late enrollments may not be accepted.
