The After School Program (ASP) provides students with a safe place to participate in various activities such as crafts/games, recess/recreation, computers, Cooking Club, and Study Buddies, during after school hours. The program is only budgeted to run 109 days per school year. When the after School Program is not in session, the Extended Care Program is offered to provide care for the entire school year.

*ASP begins Monday, September 23, 2024 and will run Monday through Thursday until Thursday, May 1, 2025. The program does not run on Fridays.

ENROLLMENT:
*Enrollment is open to students in grades 4K-8th. 
*Please complete ASP enrollment forms and attendance calendars. Please return them along with payment to Mrs. Orsund in the After School Program office. 

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING:
*Students do not need to attend every day, but the same rates do apply regardless of attendance. 
*Attendance calendars will be sent home to complete every month. Please complete these and send them back to Mrs. Orsund to ensure that we know your child's daily schedule here at school.

FEES:
*ASP rates are charged per semester.  You may pay by semester or for the full ASP year.
*Semester rates will be:  1 Child-$75, 2 Children-$100, 3 or more Children-$115.
*Limited scholarships may be available upon request.

PICK UP / LATE PICK UP FEE: *Bussing is no longer available for ASP
*Students can be picked up anytime during after school hours, but they MUST be picked up by 5:20 p.m. If students are picked up late, you will be charged $1 per minute, per child starting at 5:21 p.m. After three accrued late charges, your child will be dismissed from the After School Program for the remainder of the year. Late charges will be sent via email or paper statements and will be due within 48 hours of receipt. Failure to pay late charges will also result in your child being dismissed from the program.

SCHEDULE:
3:15-3:25 - Check in/Snack in the Cafeteria
3:30-3:50 - Activity 1
3:55-4:15 - Activity 2
4:20-4:40 - Activity 3  
4:45-5:20 - Students move to parent pick up room
